Movie Plot

Abhay Shukla (Imran Zahid) is a young boy from a small town in Bihar. He belongs to a financially weaker family that is struggling with difficulties.

Abhay wants to be an IAS Officer. Like many other students, he also reaches Delhi to appear in the IAS Examination.

The rest of the film depicts the journey and difficulties faced by Abay to fulfill his dream of becoming an IAS Officer.
