
Salman Khan [(real or Born Name Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan) (Date of Birth 27.12.1965)] is an Indian Bollywood Actor, Producer and Singer. He was born on December 27, 1965 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is Son of famous Screen Writer, Actor and Producer Salim Khan and Salma Khan who used to paint before marriage and Salman learned painting from her only.
Salman has two younger brothers namely Arbaaz Khan, a Popular Bollywood Actor and Sohail Khan another popular Actor and Producer. Initial schooling of Salman Khan done in Gwalior. However, he finished his schooling in Mumbai. He dropped out the St. Xavier’s College and after that he worked as Assistant Director. Most of the people don’t know that he written three scripts before becoming an actor. These three movie scripts were Baaghi, Veer and Chandra Mukhi.
Salman’s personal relationship with many girls did not go well and every relationship was ended soon. However, as per information gathered Salman still have maintained good friendship with all those girls except one and he never told the name of that ONE. Perhaps this is the reason he has not get married till date i.e. end of December, 2019.
Filmy Career
Salman started his filmy career with a supporting role in the Bollywood Movie Biwi Ho To Aisi (1988) in which Rekha and Farukh Sheikh played the lead roles. The very next year he returned with a lead role in the Rajshri Production Movie Maine Pyar Kiya (1989) with his debutant Co-Star Bhagyashree. Sooraj Barjatya also made his debut in Direction with this film.
The Film was made in a Budget of 5 Crores and it earned approx. 46 Crore Worldwide and became a blockbuster. The popularity of this movie can be imagined with the fact that the movie received 12 Nominations in the 35th Filmfare Awards including Best Actress (Bhagyashree), Best Actor (Salman Khan), Best Director (Suraj Barjatya), Best Supporting Actor (Reema Lagoo) and Best Comic Actor (Laxmikant Berde). The film won 6 awards out of 12 Nominations.
The success of Maine Pyar Kiya was recreated by Salman Khan and Suraj Barjatya with the Movie Hum Aapke Hai Koun (1994). The movie was made in the budget of 4.25 Crore only but it became the highest grossing Bollywood Movie till that point of time by earning 128 Crore worlwide.
