Movie Plot: The story revolves around Ravi (Dharmendra) a young but poor man finds a job in a Timber Factory runs by his rich friend Prakash (M. Rajan) and his elder brother Aakash (Abhi Bhattaharya). Sandhya (Tarla Mehta), friend of Prakash andn Akash arrives there and Prakash falls in love with her without knowing that Sandhya and Ravi are childhood friends and love each other but have even expressed their love.
Now everyone has left with two choices either to sacrifice or their love for the sake of friendship or to break the heart of other for their own happiness.

Movie Plot: Shanti (Meena Kumari) is tortured by her step mom and forced to marry with Shankar (Jayant), an older man who and criminal too. Shankar, while escaping in a truck, is drawn in a river and presumed dead. Police investigation reached home and Shanti was interrogated with a Police officer Manoj (Rajendra Kumar) who often comes there to investigate the matter. Soon Shanti falls in love with Manoj and they are all set to start their life together. But Shankar is still alive.

Movie Plot: Rehman (Balraj Sahani), a Poor Afghani person leaves his family to earn bread and butter by selling dry fruit. Homsik Rehman befriends Mini (Sonu), a young girl, who always reminds him of his own daughter. Things takes a U turn when he is arrested, convicted and sentenced for 10 years 10 years of imprisonment for the charge of a murder he has not committed.
Movie Plot: Anand (Dev Anand), a nonchalant person, lives with his mother and is in love with a rich girl Meeta (Sadhna). Meeta’s father (Gajanan Jagirdar) wants to meet Anand on the same day which was fixed for a job interview for him. Anand prefers meeting Meeta’s father over his job interview. When Meeta’s father comes to the fact he scolds Anand for his foolish and irresponsible behavior. Anand leaves the premises taking it person and without informing Meeta in this regard. However, on the way to home Anand sees job notice from Indian Military and he immediately leaves for the same informing her mother about it. Meeta visits Anand’s home only to find that he has left for Military Job. She started living there with Anand’s Mother treating her future Mother-in-Law.
Anand becomes a military man and befriends with Major Manohar (Dev Anand in double role) who used to tell him stories of his family. One day Major Manohar goes missing and he is assumed dead. But his family is told that Major is not traceable.
Anand after sometime visits his home and finds his Mother already passes away and Meeta is staying. After listing about demise of her mother he decides imagines the pain Manohar’s family must have faced in the absence of Manohar. He then decides to tell the truth to Manohar’s family. When Anand reaches Manohar’s home he is misjudged by Manohar’s Mother and Wife Ruma (Nanda). Anand shares the truth with the family doctor of Manohar who advises not to disclose the truth to Rume as she is heart patient. Now Anand has two families to manage and both Meeta and Ruma start doubting the changing personality, assuming Anand their respective husband.

Sasural is a Bollywood Family Drama Movie released on 06 January 1961. The movie was produced by T L V Prasad and directed by T Prakash Rao.
Movie Plot: Shekhar (Rajendra Kumar), a poor but respectable young man and Bela (Saroja Devi) are students of the same college. Bela’s Father Mr. Thakur (Bipin Gupta) finds Shekhar a suitable match for her daughter but on one condition that Shekhar has to live in his home with her daughter after marriage. Shekhar was somehow agrees to become Ghar Jamayee. The marriage is made even after the resentment of Bela’s Mother (Lalita Pawar) who wishes her daughter to marry with Rajan (Anwar Hussain) who is a man of bad character.
Some parallel stories also go hand in hand in the movie. Sita (Shubha Khote), cousin of Shekhar is married to Mahesh (Mehmood) but live separately since Sita’s parents are not able to pay the requisite dowry. Other story is of Gauri (Jayshree Gadkar), sister of Shekhar, who elopes with his boyfriend Rajan and finds herself betrayed.
Things change drastically when Bela finds that reunited Sita and Mahesh have stolen a precious necklace. She also suspects Shekhar having an extra marital affair and has embezzled his Father’s money. Moreover, Thakur passes away during an accident giving the golden chance to his wife to get separate his daughter from Shekhar and to end his existence too.

Jab Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai is a Romantic Bollywood Drama Movie released on 05 May 1961. The movie was written, produced and directed by Nasir Hussain.
Movie Plot: Sardar Roop Singh (Mubarak) has a marriageable daughter Nisha (Asha Parekh) and he wants her to marry with his friend’s son Sohan (Pran) whom Nisha dislikes.
She meets with Popat (Dev Anand), son of his father’s business associate and falls in love with him after some antipathy. Later she comes to know that he is not the real Popat and his name is Sunder. However, some clarification from real Popat makes her love more to Sunder and she decides to marry her without the consent of his father. But things gets turned when on the day of their marriage Khanna (Raj Mehta) informs that Sunder is already married to Shanti (Wasti) and is prime suspect of her murder.

Movie Plot: Rajan Khanna (Rajendra Kumar) is in love with Neena (Vyajayanthimala) and wants to join Military but his father compels to him to join the same office which is being served by his him for several years. However, after the sudden demise of his father he joins army.
Rajan returns after sometime and finds Neena is all set to get marry with someone else. Devastated Rajan returns army camp and starts a dangerous mission to rescue his officer from rival, endanger his life to death.

Movie Plot: Shanta Devi (Lalita Pawar) is a dominating woman and handles her family with her own rules. Her family consist of Gauri her widow daughter having two kids; middle Son Kailash (Raaj Kumar) married to Sita (Devika); youngest son Kamal (Rajendra Kumar) a college who is love with another college student Usha (Asha Parekh) and finally gets married to her.
The youngest daughter Bhairavi (Shubha Khote) is just like her mother and is staying with her mother with some reason. His husband Sarang (Agha) also staying there in the hope to take her wife back to his home. But Bhairavi is an egoistic one and not ready to leave her Mother’s home. Movie Plot: Shekhar (Shammi Kapoor) is born in a royal family that follows strict discipline like no needless talking, no extra laughing etc. These eccentric rules are created by Shekhar’s dominating Mother (Lalita Pawar) and Shekhar follows all of them giving regards to his mother. But his sister Mala (Shashikala) is a carefree girl and does not follow the silly rules made by her mother. She also falls in love with Jeevan (Anoop Kumar) a worker their company. When her mother comes to know about affair of Mala she orders Shekhar to take away Mala to a distance place without knowing that she is pregnant.
Shekhar brings Mala to Kashmir and there he meets with Rajkumari (Saira Banu) a very lively girl. He likes her but hesitate to express his feelings since she does not belong to an aristocrat family and his mother will never allow this collaboration. However, Rajkumari’s enchanting beauty and pleasant personality compels him to express his love which was dully reciprocated by her too. But Shekhar’s mother is the biggest hurdle in his love life

Movie Plot: Gunga (Dilip Kumar) and Jumna (Nasir Khan) are two brothers live in a village dominated by a cruel Land Lord Hari Ram (Anwar Hussain). Jumna is a talented student Gunga helps her mother who works as a servant. Gunga sends Jumna in the city for studies and he himself remains in the village even after death of his mother.
Gunga faces the wrath of the evil Land Lord when he saves Dhanno (Vyajaynthimala) from the evil clutches of Hari Ram who in turn frames Gunga in a false case and gets him arrested. After his release Gunga joins a gang of bandits and continue to send money to the city for a good education of his borther. Dhanno also gets along his side. On the other hand Jumna becomes a Police Officer and returns in the village only to find his brother on the other side of law. He has now to chose between duty and family.
