Galiyon Ka Badshah[meaning - King of Streets] is an Indian Hindi -language ( Action and Drama ) film released in cinemas on 06 April 1990.

Young Raja, Billo, Sikander, Tulsi, and Tiger are childhood friends. They live a miserable life and live on footpaths. Abdul (Sriram Lagoo), who sells tea, takes care of these children. Tiger behaves like a rowdy and often bullies Sikander. Raja, the best friend of Sikander, saves him from Tiger.
Seth Vinod Kumar (Om Shivpuri) often visits Raja (Master Raju) for his shoes polished. He is impressed by young Raja and takes him with him. However, Vinod is a white-collar criminal and makes Raja a thief. Grown-up Billo (Hema Malini) loves Raja.
After many years
The grown-up Raja is known as Ram. He steals precious items for Vinod Seth. However, Raja is like Robinhood and secretly helps the needy with the money he gets from his criminal activities.
Grown-up Sikander (Mithun Chakraborty) is struggling to become a film Writer. Tiger (Ranjeet)still behaves like a rowdy and often teases Tulsi (Smita Patil) and Sikander.
Police Inspector Vijay (Danny Denzongpa) is after the Robinhood thief (Raja). On the other hand, Madhu (Poonam Dhillon), the Landon returned daughter of Vinod Seth (Om Shivpuri), is a crime journalist and wants to know about the Robinhood thief.
