Movie Plot

Minus 31 depicts a murder mystery, in Nagpur, India, during a nationwide lockdown due to Covid 19 epidemic.

Dayanand Pandey (Rajesh Sharma) is a prominent public figure in Nagpur. When someone murders him, a female police officer, Preksha Sharma (Rucha Inamdar), starts an investigation.

Preksha is a young cop who lives with her father, Anupam Sharma (Raghubir Yadav), a police official. Preksha often ignores her father's advice because she thinks them outdated.

The female officer, Preksha, is an enthusiastic, honest, and upright police officer. She starts the investigation to find the killer with complete devotion.

A twist in the story

Preksha works hard, but the criminal sees a step ahead of her. The situation gets more complicated when a girl Preksha Meshram (Nisha Dhar), goes missing.

Preksha (Rucha Inamdar) finds the missing case of Preksha (Nisha Dhar) and the murder case of Dayanand Pandey are closely connected. However, the officer has no lead to both criminal cases. Moreover, she finds herself in a web of lies and deceit.
