Madhumitha (Shreya Navile), an NRI teenager, visits Vizag to attend a marriage. She meets Madhusuan and soon develops a personal bond. This relationship may not be fruitful for both Madhusudan and Madhumitha.
However, after completing twenty years of their married life, Lekha plans to end their marriage. What happens next? Why does Lekha want to separate from Madhusudhan? Does the couple have a choice to rejuvenate their relationship? The film Month of Madhu gives replies to all such queries.
