Grossing Bollywood Movie of 1964. The movie was nominated for many Filmfare Awards such as Best Film, Best Actor-Raj Kapoor, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor-Rajendra Kumar, Best Story, Best Music Director, Best Lyricist-Shailendra and Best Playback Singer-Mukesh for Dost Dost Na Raha, Best Editing and Best South Design. Out of which Raj Kapoor won two awards for Best Editing and Best Director. Vyajayanthimala Won the Best Actress and Allauddin Khan Qureshi won for Best South Designing. 

The film has amazing songs like Yeh Mera Prem Patra Padh Kar, Har Dil Jo Pyar karega, O Mere  Sanam, Dost Dost Na Raha and a Funny Song Main Kya Karoon Ram Mujhe Budha Mil Gaya. Songs were composted by Musical Duo Shankar-Jaikishan and lyrics were penned by Shailendra and Hasrat Jaipuri. 

Sangam(1963) Movie Plot: Radha (Vyajayanthimala), Sundar (Raj Kapoor) and Gopal (Rajendra Kumar) are childhood friends and are quite mature now. Sundar secretly loves Radha without knowing the fact that Gopal and Radha are in love with each other. 

Sundar is selected in Indian Air Force and he has to go on a very dangerous mission. Before leaving Sundar expresses his love for Radha in front of Gopal and asked him to look after Radha. Gopal sacrifices his love for Sundar whose plane got crashed and he is assumed as dead. 

But before Radha and Gopal can tie knot together Sunder returns alive and eventually get married to Radha. But one day he saw an unsigned love letter actually written to Radha by Gopal. Sundar wants to know the name of her supposed lover from Radha and makes her live miserable. Since no option left she runs off towards Gopal without knowing that Sundar is after him.  What would Sundar do after knowing the truth?
