Sarkar (2005) is Bollywood Crime Thriller released on July 01, 2005. The movie is Co-Produced and Directed by Ram Gopal Verma and is the first installment of Successful Sarkar Franchise. Sarkar was a blockbuster movie of the year 2005 and was out of 10 Top Grossing Bollywood Movies of the year.
Movie Plot: Subhash Nagre (Amitabh Bachchan) is a very powerful man lives in Mumbai and is known as SARKAR by his followers. He is such a powerful person that even Government bow to him. His older Son Vishnu Nagre (K K Menon) who is a hot headed person and just like Right Hand of Sarkar. Shankar Nagre (Abhishek Bachchan) is younger son of Sarkar who has recently returned from USA after completing his stutdies and has nothing to do with the the business of Sarkar.
Since Sarkar is a very powerful name, lots of enemies are there who want to take over him my any means. These enemies make a plan and frame Sarkar in a murder he has not committed. Rest of the story revolves efforts made by Shankar Nagre to find the real culprits.
