Vikram Vedha (2022) is a Hindi (Bollywood) Thriller film released on 30 September 2022.

It is a remake of a 2017 Tamil language, Action-Thriller film with the same name.

Cast & Crew

Husband and wife duo Gayatri and Pushkar were the Writer-Director of the original Vikram Vedha, and they are also the Writer-Director of the Hindi version of Vikram Vedha.

P. S. Vinod was the Cinematographer and A. Richard Kevin was the Editor of the original Vikram Vedha. They both reprised their roles in the Hindi version of Vikram Vedha.

S. Sashikanth, who produced the original Vikram Vedha, is also the producer of the Hindi version. Musical duo Vishal and Shekhar have composed songs for the remake version.

Sam C. S. composed the Background Music for the original film. He has also made the Background Score for the remake of Vikram Vedha.

Cast

Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan have played the characters of Vikram and Vedha in the Hindi version, respectively. They have replaced R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupati, respectively.

Radhika Apte, Sharib Hashmi, Durgaprasad Mahapatra, and Yogita Bihani have played pivotal roles in the Hindi version.

Movie Plot

Vikram (Saif Ali Khan) is a Police Officer, and Vedha (Hrithik Roshan) is a Hardcore criminal. Vikram is an honest, intelligent, and brave officer. However, he faces many failed attempts to catch Vedha.

During one such search operation to catch Vedha, Vikram kills a guy who seems not to be part of the criminal gang. However, Vikram creates forensic pieces of evidence to prove the guy is a criminal.

Vikram soon receives the exact location of Vedha and prepares a big plan to catch him. But to his surprise, Vedha surrenders before Vikram starts his mission to trap Vedha.

During the investigation by Vikram, Vedha starts telling a true story that involves Vedha too. Vedha considers Vikram an intelligent officer and gives him two options at the end of the story. Vikram gives the correct answer, and Vedha informs him that he did the same.

Before Vikram can investigate further, his Wife-cum-Lawyer, reaches there with the bail papers. Vedha gets his freedom, but this makes Vikram agree.

Vikram continues his hunt for Vedha, but Vedha is ready for a new story with two options in the end. Will Vikram catch Vedha and send him behind the bar? What is Vedha's aim in narrating stories to Vikram? Is there anything else hidden?
