Pretham (2016) is a Malyalam Language Horror Comedy Movie which is dubbed in Hindi as Rajmahal Returns. The movie is Written, Co-Produced and Directed by Ranjith Sankar.
Movie Plot: Sheebu (Govind Padmasoorya), Priyalal (Sharaf U Dheen) and Denny (Aju Varghese) who are childhood friends, start a Resort in Kerla but things do not go well and some mysterious activities start there. Beliving it as a supernatural power they approach to Don Bosco (Jayasurya) who is a Mentalist. After thorough investigation he comes to know that there is a Ghost of a girl in the Resort who was killed by someone. She wants to know who killed her and why?
