Movie Plot

Thirumeni, aka Thiru (Arjun Das), suffers from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The disorder gives him recurring thoughts and urges to kill people around him.

His customers often treat him crudely with absolutely no remorse. The insults that come from his job psychologically affect Thiru.

Subbu (Dushara Vijayan), an attendant (domestic help) of a senior citizen, crosses paths with Thiru, and both fall in love.

A twist in the story

One day the old lady dies unexpectedly. The family members find her debit card stolen and subsequently withdrawal of money from her account. The family suspects and accuses Subbu and Thiru of the murder. It triggers a side of him that remained dormant since childhood, and all hell breaks loose.

What happens next and who is the killer forms the rest of the story of Aneethi. The film also narrates how this relationship between Subbu and Thiru proceeded and how the lower middle-class backdrop of these two changes things for both in Aneethi.
