Blurr is an Indian Hindi-language ( Murder Mystery and Mystery Thriller ) film released directly on the OTT platform ZEE5 on 09 December 2022.
Taapsee Pannu (in Double Role) and Gulshan Devaiah are playing the lead roles in the film. Section 375 fame Ajay Bahl has directed Blurr too. Ajay Bahl has also written the Screenplay along with Pawan Sony.
Blurr is alledgely based on a Spanish Horror Thriller Julia's Eyes (2010). Oriol Paulo wrote the screenplay for the film. Oriol Paulo directed also written and directed The invisible Guest which was later remade in Hindi as Badla (2019). Taapsee Pannu played the lead role in Badla along with Amitabh Bachchan.
Taapsee Pannu is playing a Double Role for the first time. She has also begun a new inning as a film producer with the film Blurr.
Blurr depicts the story of twin sisters (Taapsee Pannu). One of them dies suspiciously. Now the other sister has to find out the reason for the death of her sister. However, she is slowly losing her vision day by day.
