The film Case of Kondana narrates the crime activities in the fictional village Konana, Bangalore, and its after-effects on the lives of certain people.
Wilson (Vijay Raghavendra), an Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, gets posted in Kondana village. He is honest, brave, and aggressive by nature and thus soon clashes with a local gangster.
Sahana (Khushee Ravi) is the love interest of Wilson. When Sahana's brother rejects the proposal of Wilsan, she finds obstacles in her love life.
Meanwhile, ACP Lakshmi (Bhavana Menon) is after a notorious killer and thief who has become the biggest challenge for the police department.
In a parallel story, Raju, a North Indian panipuri seller, finds it difficult to save his ailing son, Basanth. All these characters get entangled in a mysterious case in Kondana.
