Goodbye is a Hindi (Bollywood) Drama released on 7 October 2022.
Queen (2013) and Super 30 (2019) fame Vikas Bahl is the Director and one of the Producers of Goodbye. Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Viraj Sawant are the other producers. Ruchikaa Kapoor is the Co-Producer of Goodbye.
Amitabh Bachchan, Rashmika Mandanna, and Neena Gupta have played the lead roles in Goodbye. Ashish Vidyarthi, Hansa Singh, Pavail Gulati, Sahil Mehta, and Shayank Shukla have played pivotal roles in Goodbye.
Harish Bhalla (Amitabh Bachchan) and his wife, Gayatri (Neena Gupta), have four childnren Karan (Pavail Gulati), Tara (Rashmika Mandana), Angad (Sahil Mehta) and Nakul (Abhishekh Khan).
Gayatri passes away suddenly. All four children live in different and far cities. However, three of them reach their home in time for the the creamation. The fourt child Nakul gets the message late and thus lands there after the cremation while other rituals are underway.
While the post life rituals are underway, tension ensues between the father and children especially with Tara (Rashmika Mandana), a young and energetic girl.
The conflicts between the father and the children menifest sometimes in full view of the mourning relatives and friends. Why is there so much tension among the family members? And what happens after all the rituals post-demise are the rest of the story.
The film shows the emotional bonding between these relations. The film also depicts a turn in the relationship when the surroundings are not in favor.
