Gulabo Sitabo (2020) is a Bollywood Comedy Movie released on 12 June 2020. Earlier it was scheduled to be released on 17 April, 2020 but postponed due shut down of Cinema Halls due to ongoing lockdown for COVID 19 Virus. It has now been decided not to release the movie theatrically and the same will be premiered on Amazon Prime worldwide.
Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar have produced the movie. The movie is being directed by Shoojit Sircar who is going to direct Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana for the second time. Earlier he directed Ayushmann Khurrana in Vicky Donor (2012) and Amitabh Bachchan in Piku (2015).
Gulabo Sitabo is written by Juhi Chaturvedi who earlier wrote Vicky Donor (2012), Piku (2015), October (2018) and The Sky Is Pink (2019) and won Filmfare Award for Best Story and Best Screenplay for Vicky Donor and Piku, respectively. Shantanu Moitra, Abhishek Arora and Anuj Garg composed music for Gulabo Sitabo.
