Kartoos (1999) Movie Plot

A ruthless underworld Don Jagat Jogia (Gulshan Grover) spreads his terror all over the world and the entire police universe is not able to catch him. Moreover, police has no evidence to prove him a terrorist.

ACP Jay Suryavanshi (Jackie Shroff) fetches a plan to catch Jagat Jogia with evidence. He hires a criminal Raja (Sanjay Dutt) and sends him to enter in the gang of Jagat Jogia to provide vital information. Jay assures Raja that the criminal tag will be removed once he achieves his goal.

During his mission Raja meets Mini (Manisha Koirala) and they soon fall in love with each other. But Raja is not allowed to fall in love.
