Nagesh Thiraiyarangam - Tamil Film 2018

Nagesh Thiraiyarangam[meaning - Nagesh Theatre] is an Indian Tamil -language ( Drama and Horror ) film released in cinemas on 16 February 2018.

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) issued a (UA) rating to the Tamil -language film Nagesh Thiraiyarangam, vide certificate No. DIL/2/17/2018-Che on 05 February 2018 . The runtime of the film is 128 Minutes and 27 Seconds.

Movie Plot

Nagesh (Aari Arujunan) alias Naga lives with his mother (Sithaara), a younger brother, and a marriageable younger sister, Lakshmi, who is deaf and mute. Naga is an unsuccessful real estate broker due to his ideal ideology.

Himaja Priya (Ashna Zaveri), the daughter of a real estate broker (Manobala), rejects the marriage proposal from Nagesh's family because she hates real estate brokers. However, later, circumstances change, and she falls in love with Nagesh.

In the meantime, Naga learns that his sister, Lakshmi, is in love with someone, and eventually, Lakshmi's marriage gets fixed with a huge demand for gold (dowry). The younger brother, and the only earner in the family, expresses his helplessness to fulfill the dowry demand.

The Mother of Naga reveals a secret about a property, Nagesh Theatre. This dilapidated theatre was kept secret by the mother for Lakshmi's marriage purpose as per the wishes of her dying husband. The mother now wishes to sell the property to arrange the dowry.

Naga brings his friend, Kaala (Kaali Venkat), with him to sell the theatre, which is now being taken care of by a relative of Naga. The circumstances compel Naga and Kaala to stay in the dilapidated theatre, where they experience bizarre supernatural activities.

The next day, Naga and Kaala learn various haunted stories about the theatre. Naga does not believe in ghosts or supernatural activities. However, his belief shatters when he starts dreaming of strange murders in his dreams, which turn real.
