Venkanna visits the city and starts an investigation. While investigating the case, Venkanna faces many problems in the city. In the meantime, a pretty girl, Pushpa, enters his life and falls for him. However, Venkanna wants to be single forever.
The investigation leads Venkanna to Guna (Junaid Shaik), a criminal, and he discovers that Guna is the killer of the business family. Eventually, Venkanna kills Guna and closes the case. But to his surprise, Guna returns to the city after some time.
What happens to Pushpa? Will Venkanna accept theove of Pushpa? How did the dead Guna return? How will Venkanna solve the mystery? The film Okkade 1 (Venkanna on Duty) narrates the rest of the story.
