Plot Summary of Film Sinam (2022)

Sinam [meaning: Anger] is a Tamil language, Crime Thriller film released on 16 September 2022. The film is also available in Hindi dubbed version on the YouTube Channel of Aditya Movies.

Cast and Crew

G. N. R. Kumaravelan is the Director, and R. Vijayakumar is the Producer of Sinam. R. Saravanan is the Writer, Shabir is the Music Director, S. Gopinath is the Cinematographer, and Raja Mohammad is the Film Editor of Sinam.

Cast

Arun Vijay and Pallak Lalwani play the lead roles in Sinam. The film also features Kaali Venkat, Baby Desina, R. N. R. Manohar, K. S. G. Venkatesh, Rekha Suresh, Marumalarchi Bharathi, Tamilarasan Balamuralivarman, Yaaser, and Tamizh. Sidhu Shankar makes his acting debut with Sinam.

Movie Plot

An honest and upright police Sub Inspector Paari Venkat [Arun Vijay], meets Madhangi or Madhu (in Hindi dubbed version) [Palak Lalwani], a Lab Assistant. After some initial misunderstanding, Madhangi/Madhu marries Paali even after resistance from his father.

After five years

The couple is living happily with their daughter [Baby Desina]. Madhangi/Madhu has to go to her Sister's engagement. Since Paari is after a criminal, he can not accompany his wife.

After attending the engagement ceremony, Madhu leaves her daughter with her mother for two days and leaves for her house. During the bus journey, she calls many times to Paali, but he is busy with a case, and his phone is on silent mode.

After getting free from the case, Paali sees numerous phone calls from his wife. He calls back while Madhu is getting down from the Bus at Koyambatur Bus Stop, far from his place.

The biggest twist

Madhu states that she will reach Red Hill Bus Stop by auto and asks Paali to wait for her. Paali keeps waiting for her wife, but she does not return. However, the next day the police find the dead bodies of a male and a female, and Madhu is one of them.

After a series of events, Paali starts investigating the missing case of his wife along with police constable Kadal or Aniket (in Hindi dubbed version) [Kaali Venkat]. How Paari Venkat finds and punishes the killers behind the heinous act forms the rest of the story.
