The movie was directed by Milind Rau and Produced by Siddhartha Suryanarayan who also wrote the movie alongwith director Milind Rau.  The movie titled AVAL in Tamil, THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR in Hindi and GRUHAM in Telugu. 

The House Next Door (2017) Movie Plot

Dr. Krishna Kanth (Siddhharth Narayana) and his wife Lakshmi (Andrea Jeremiah) live happily in a peacefull placed in under in a Hill Area untill a new family comes to stay in their vicinity. The new family consisits of Paul (Atul Kulkarni), his wife, elder adolescense daugther Jennifer a.k.a. Jenny (Anisha Angelina Victor) and a younger girl.

Jenny has crush over Dr. Krishna but soon possessed by some evil sprit. Dr. Krishna and Dr. Prasad (Suresh) come up to help him with the help of a psychic (Avinash Raghudevan).
