Mahi Mathur (Richa Pallod) is a college student who enjoys life with her friends Karan (Parvin Dabas), Arti (Rinku Ghosh), and Monti (Vrajesh Hirjee).
The group loves playing pranks and making funny phone calls to people.
One day, they prank Raj (Rakesh Bapat) over the phone. However, Raj figures out the prank, and Mahi is impressed by his smartness. She falls in love with him. Meanwhile, Karan secretly loves Mahi but is too shy to express his feelings.
Aditya (Yash Tonk), a police officer, is Mahi's stepbrother. Aditya harbours resentment towards his father, Dr. Mathur (Benjamin Gilani), a college professor, for refusing to meet Aditya's dying mother. Despite this, Mahi respects Aditya like an older brother.
One day, Dr. Mathur sits late in his office, preparing and recording some lessons for Arti. Someone pushes him from the balcony, leading to his death.
At the same time, Arti visits the office to take the video notes. Following Dr. Mathur's instructions, she collects the CD from the computer and leaves.
Later, Arti sees the face of the killer in the video footage. Before she can reveal the identity of Dr. Mathur's murderer, Arti is killed as well.
