Movie Plot

Varun (Puru Rajkumar) is a womanizer and happy-go-lucky young man. He belongs to a wealthy family and lives with his Grandmother (Shashikal). Varun has no interest in his parental business, whereas Prashant (Vivek Mushran), an adopted brother, takes care of all the business.

Prashant loves Anjali (Deepti Bhatnagar), the daughter of Mr. Mathur (Alok Nath), who does not like Prashant being an orphan. On the other hand, Kusum (Kanchan) loves Varun (Puru Rajkumar) without knowing that he is playing with her emotions.

Things take a U-Turn when Varun proposes to Anjali. However, Anjali refuses the proposal since she loves Prashant. The Grandmother learns that Varun loves Anjali and happily informs Prashant about the same. Prashant sacrifices his love and leave the city.

In the meantime, Varun takes Anjali in his care forcefully. However, they meet with a car accident. Anjali somehow escapes with minor injuries, while Varun injures badly with a vandalized face. Varun gets better soon, but he can not recall his past memories.

Anjali agrees to marry Varun, and they soon get married. After the marriage, Varun sees some photographs of Prashant and Anjali. He thinks Anjali is a cheater and wants to end his life. However, Kusum (Kanchan) stops him and reminds him that Anjali was in love with Prashant, who sacrificed his love for Varun.

Varun realizes his mistake and wants to repent for it. He promises his Grandmother to find Prashant. Varun starts a search for Prashant with the help of his photographer friend Pawan (Shakti Kapoor). However, soon he finds that Prashant has never left the city and is still in touch with Anjali. Varun now wants Prashant dead.
