Vishwasghaat is Hindi -language ( Action and Thriller ) film released in cinemas on 19 January 1996.
Neha (Anjali Jathar) and Dr. Sunil (Sunil Shetty) are in a relationship and planning to marry soon. Dr. Khurana (Anupam Kher) is also a doctor and agrees to their collaboration. However, Neha witnesses the murder of Dr. Sunil by some goons and becomes mentally unstable.
Dr. Khurana comes across a street fighter Avinash (Sunil Shetty in a dual role). Avinash appears to be a carbon copy of Dr. Sunil. He lives with his grandfather (Chandrakant Gokhale) after the death of his father.
Dr. Khurana convinces Avinash to pretend Dr. Sunil in front of Neha. The plan works and starts recovering back to normal. What Avinash doesn't know is that he has entered into a world of web and deceit.
