Aar Ya Paar is a Bollywood Suspense Thriller Movie released on 31 January, 1997. The movie was produced and directed by Ketan Mehta and this was his second Thriller Movie after Maya (1993) which was basically a Mystery Thriller.
Movie Plot: Shekhar Khosla (Jackie Shroff) is a womanizer and mad about money. He works as Accountant but his dreams are very big. His present love affair Julie (Ritu Shivpuri) tells Shekhar to marry with a very rich girl Veena Sanghvi (Kamal Sidhu) whose accounts are being maintained by him. Shekhar successfully marries to Veena but soon falls in love with Anu (Deepa Sahi), personal secretary of Veena, and they together prepare a foolproof plan to murder Veena. But what Shekhar does not know is that Anu has her own hidden agenda.
