ACP Vikram (Jayam Ravi) is a dead honest cop and going to marry with Mahalakshmi soon. He is after a thief Aditya (Arvinid Swami) who has some mysteriously magical powers and steals money and Jewels with the help of the special power. Knowing that Vikram is after him and would him soon, Aditya using his magical powers switches his sould with Vikram's. Now Vikram is Aditya and vice versa.
