The film attempts to tell that many such people in society think that no matter what they do, no one will know anything, but in reality, this does not happen. Instead, someone or the other is watching every incident closely. Through this film, we have tried to make such people aware”.
People have a limited understanding of the world, and their misconceptions about life derive only from what they directly witness.
Film Chhipkali depicts that people are generally not ready to look beyond their stereotyped notions. They are also incapable of challenging their conscious mindset and outlook.
Police arrest Alok (Yashpal Sharma), a writer, with murder allegations of Karuna, his wife. The strange thing is that whatever Alok writes becomes true after he completes the story.
Things turn a U-Turn when a private detective Rudrakash (Yogesh Bhardwaj) starts an investigation into the murder case of Karuna. Alok tells him that Vidyut (a fictional character) might have killed Karuna due to her illicit relationship with Jayanto, the publisher. What happens next is the rest of the story of Chhipkali.
