Movie Plot: DIG Khan (Shammi Kapoor) does not like the way of handling criminals by an Honest and vigilant Cop Arjun Singh (Dharmendra) who is sent to Shanti Nagar, a remote place which is being dominated by a cruel businessman Deenbandhu Deenanath (DBDN) who terrorize and kills citizens of Shanti Nagar with the help of his private army. Arjun Singh wants to destroy DBDN but stopped by DIG Khan.
