Mimi (Kriti Sanon) is a young girl who wants money to enjoy life in her own style. Bhanu (Pankaj Tripathi) gives a proposal to become a proxy mother for an American couple for a hefty amount of Rs. 20 Lakh. Mimi gets ready to become a proxy mother for Rs. 20 Lakh. After a few months, the couple don't need the child any longer and need her to cut short it. However, Mimi chooses to have the child and tells everybody that Bhanu is the dad of her kid.
