Movie Plot

A historian named Ishan Chandra Majumdar gets killed mysteriosly from a snake bite. Inspector Purandar Pandey’s (Shantilal Mukherjee) is investigating officer. Since it is a high-profile case and Pandey finds a foul play, he seeks the help of Private detective Byomkesh (Dev).

Byomkesh visits with his friend-cum-assistant Ajit Bandyopadhyay (Ambarish Bhattacharya) and pregnant wife, Satyabati. 

Byomkesh discovers that many people in this family are dying. He also learns about a gold coin that seems to be a connection between the mysterious deaths.

Byomkesh now tries to figure out the reason behind the mysterious death of the family members. However, the mystery becomes darker as he goes deepen.
